AI: Hi. I'm Amy, an AI researcher trying to your needs around your use of user call. How has your experience been so far? User: Well, I haven't used it, Amy. AI: Got it. For letting me know. Can you tell me what initially interested you in UserCall's AI moderated voice interview tool. User: Well, because I'm looking to run advertisements on my website privately, uh, for small sponsorships, and I'm interested in gathering user data and social proof. AI: Thank you for sharing that. Can you tell me more about your role and the biggest challenges you face when it comes to gathering user data and social proof? User: Technology. I've socket technology. I'm a single mom at that started a blog about divorce and debt and DIY divorce and debt. Um, because of my experience in 5 year divorce. And so now I have, uh, you know, enough traffic in in this small niche but very expensive niche divorce attorneys to advertise. So, you know, I I I hate technology, and I can't seem to figure out you know, Google Analytics and all these platforms. And I'm looking for a way to to quickly gain social proof that I can use to attract divorce attorneys and prove that my content resonates with them. AI: Thank you for sharing that. It sounds like you have a lot on plate. Can you tell me more about the specific challenges you've faced with using Google Analytics and other platforms to gather user data? User: Yeah. I have no idea what I'm doing. AI: That sounds frustrating. Frustrating. Can you describe a recent situation where you tried to gather user data or social proof and ran into difficulties? User: Yeah. Every time I go into Google Analytics, I get completely lost sometimes for hours trying to figure out how to create tags and how to track things and I end up wasting hours and hours and hours and hours. I just I don't know how to connect the dots. I don't understand back end technology, and it's I can't I can't spend I'm only 1 person. AI: I can see how that would be overwhelming. When you think about using an AI moderated voice interview tool, what specific aspects are you hoping will help you overcome these challenges? User: Well, you're talking to me like a human being, and that's good. Because I'm a little worried about that. I need to know what kind of programming would require like this something like this would require and what kind of logic based Like, like, I'm terrible at writing copy as well, even with the help of AI. So you know, like, how smart are you? How much can you help me create some sort of version of you that's not named Amy, by the way. Amy is a terrible name. Um, and that, you know, can can really well, you seem like you're empathetic towards people. So AI: I appreciate your honesty. It sounds like you're looking for something user friendly that doesn't require a deep understanding of technology. And also provides empathetic interactions. Could you tell me more about your expectations or concerns regarding the AI's ability to be empathetic and effective in gathering user data? User: Well, I need to uh, it needs to understand like, what the next question to ask is. I have a very delicate niche. Uh, I'm talking about debt and divorce, and I'm not an attorney. I'm not a bankruptcy attorney. I have no experience in law, no kind of law degree, no certifications. I went through a 5 year divorce myself, I had to end up representing myself in court uh, for an entire year and through a very grueling trial with the opposing counsel. Oh, god. I used to call her the wench. And so I went through hell. And I know what it's like trying to find information. That is reliable and actually explains it to me. Like, you know, as if you're a kindergartner because that's what you are in the law world when you enter it and you have to figure out how to advocate for yourself and get through the red tape of courts and forms and, oh, god. So I provide information to people, but you at the same time, I can't give legal advice. I just need to be able to tell them my experiences. AI: Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds like you need an AI tool that not only understands the sensitivity like, to elicit meaningful, empathetic responses from your users. What would success look like for you in terms of gathering user data and social proof using an AI moderated voice interview tool? User: Success would mean that I get like, I can I can relate with the with the customer? On a deeper level. Okay? Where and when I say customer, I mean, person that's reading my content. I understand what it is that like, what, like, what chapter they are in their journey. And, you know, where like, if they have the ability to pay for attorney, but they don't want to, if they are looking for just how to do an uncontested divorce, if they have absolutely no money and are on their last you know, last wing of hope because that's where I was. Um, and they just need some sort of guidance. And then perhaps convert some of those into because I don't I I don't wish pro se divorce, which is self help divorce, and anyone And it would be great if I could, you know, divert customers or, you know, potential customers for diverse divorce attorneys to paying uh, sponsors of my website. That's my ultimate goal. So that is I want something to help me accomplish this and to help me you know, get some real metrics and some real social proof and some real, you know, proof that investing in me and taking a chance on me would give them some sort of an ROI. It wouldn't just be throwing, you know, whatever amount of money out the window every month.
