AI: I see. Can you tell me a bit about your role and the big challenges you face when it comes to gathering user insights? User: Well, uh, the most challenging part of user interview for me is uh, sometimes I don't know what question is the best to ask, and I don't know how to continue the interview so that I can gain more insights about the users and the problems and their pain points. So, uh, usually, I, uh, try to ask questions like why and what are what are the experiences from past. But but doesn't work all the time. So um, yeah, I think this is the most challenging part for me. AI: I understand. Um, but I can't remember the last time I did that. And, uh, for first interviews, um, I was uh, so, um, Actually, I felt useless because I didn't know what to ask. User: Well, uh, and our solution that worked for me was that I wrote down some, uh, questions or some things I wanted to ask uh, know about from the users. Um, and it helped me during the interviews to go back to the questions and see what I've missed or what I can ask next. So it wouldn't be I wouldn't be feeling empty without any questions, and it got better. AI: I see.
