AI: I'm interested in understanding your experience with UserCall's AI moderated voice interview tool. What prompted you to start using it? User: I don't get your question. I mean, it's very confusing. AI: I apologize for the confusion. Let me rephrase that. What prompted you to start using UserCall's AI moderated voice interview tool? User: I'm just, uh, trying out a demo. I'm not too sure right now of the use case. I'm just uh, looking at the capabilities and trying to figure out what it can do. AI: Okay. I understand. May I know what your role is and the biggest challenges you face around user insights? User: I'm 1 of the founders. The biggest challenge we have with users such as recruiting users. And, you know, doing user research at scale. Uh, generating insights, you know, on a on a regular basis. Just time consuming cumbersome. I mean, you know, standard challenges. AI: I see.
