You tell me more about your role and the biggest challenges you face around gathering user insights? User: I think it's the time required for me to be doing interviews, especially the analysis takes a significant amount of time, and, uh, the time to actually be on the call with people. And then the preparation work in advance. Um, but sometimes some of my my calls are or my interviews are You know, with, uh, using a mural board, uh, where there's collaboration. And so I am skeptical that an AI tool would be able to moderate and facilitate a collaborative session. But 1 on 1 interviews, it seems to make sense. AI: Thanks for sharing that. Can you describe a recent experience where you found it particularly challenging to manage the time for user interviews and analysis? User: Yes. I have a project right now, and, um, it's the scheduling is really difficult. Um, and then also getting somebody to take notes and then getting the getting the transcripts and then analyzing those transcripts. AI: That sounds quite demanding. Have you tried any other solutions or tools in the past to address these time management and analysis challenges. User: Yes. We are currently using generative AI in testing that. As an analysis tool. AI: Interesting. How has your experience been with using generative AI analysis so far? Any specific challenges or benefits you've noticed? User: Uh, benefits are that it does seem to be fairly accurate, and, uh, it's very quick. Challenges are that we just have to continue to audit to make sure the quality is of proper quality. AI: That makes sense. Given your experience with generative AI for analysis, what are your expectations or concern specifically about UserCall's AI moderated voice interview tool?
