AI: Hi. I'm Amy, an AI researcher trying to understand your needs around your use of user call. How has your experience been so far? User: I'm just finding it out. AI: Great. What initially interested you in exploring UserCall's AI moderated voice interview tool? User: So a lot of the times, I don't get time sort of, you know, do user calls myself. And, uh, at times, even I don't know whether the user speaks my own language. Mostly these 2 other reasons. AI: That makes sense. Can you tell me more about your role and the biggest challenges you face around gathering user insights? User: So I'm a founder. At an early stage startup. Mostly, I'm looking into insights so that will make users use my product. My users are mostly, you know, uh, decision makers That uh, small and medium start ups and midsize businesses. AI: Got it. As a founder, what are the biggest challenges you face so far when trying to gather these insights? User: The biggest challenges have primarily been talking to the right stakeholders and then understand getting access to them because these are busy people. And then uh, you know, get the signal from the separate signal from the noise for from the overall conversations. AI: I see. When you think about user calls AI moderated voice interview tool, Which aspects most interest you in tackling these challenges? Why? User: So probably we can do hold call reach out. By itself. A lot of such decision makers and can distill the insight for for me, uh, when these individual calls are AI: That sounds valuable. Have you had any recent experiences where you struggled to reach out or distill insights that you could share? User: Yes. Yes. It is difficult to get hold of them. AI: When you did manage to get hold of them, what specific challenges did you face during those conversations? User: If I do get hold of them, primarily, you know, I I'm talking to over, like, 50 people in a fortnight. Uh, synthesizing and analyzing that will be a bit tedious and laborious. AI: I understand. Have you tried any other solutions to address these challenges before considering user call? How did they work out for you? User: Not yet. I haven't tried anything. AI: What expectations or concerns do you have about using UserCall's AI moderated voice interview tool to address these challenges? User: Primarily, that the voice feels very AI like and not very human. Uh, so I don't know whether my decision makers will be willing to engage with the call on any a moderated voice.
