When did you first purchase PICT ACHART? Can you recall where you were or what situation you were in at that time? User: I think I was using the trial version. And started to face some limitations with the trial. So we decided to pay for it. AI: Got it. How did you pay for it? It a personal expense or a company expense? User: It was a company expense. As I mentioned, um, creating many of these social graphics social media graphics At high volume is important at high quality. And so I needed a tool to help me do this. And save me time AI: What were you using before Piktochart? Can you tell me about how you looked for this solution? User: Yeah. I was using, um, Figma and Kent, I mean, And I was looking for more kind of AI our tools to make it even easier. Then you know, digging through some of the templates and whatnot on Canva, And so I came across PictoSure. AI: Besides Pictochart, did you try any other solutions during your search? User: Yeah. It's a mission. Handles really the main 1 um, other than you know, Figma, which we I was already using. AI: On a scale from 0 to 10, how would you rate your likelihood of going back to using Piktochart? 0, being very unlikely, and 10 being very likely. User: Yeah. Probably, like, an eighth.
