I mean, the main problem or challenge was just to be able to pump out these social media images quickly. And efficiently. While still maintaining high quality and sort of on brand aesthetic. AI: Why is this important to you? User: Well, the images are important because they are the drivers of you know, engagement on the social media posts, which then drive you know, top of funnel. User acquisition and needs, which is important for our business. AI: What were you using before Piktochart for creating these social media images? User: I mean, I was mainly using Figma, also had been using Canva a little bit as well. AI: Tell me about how you looked for a solution like Piktochart. What was your process? User: Um, I was looking through I think, on Google, for, like, AI social media image, Faders. And then came across Pictetrip. AI: What What other solutions did you try at that time besides Piktochart? User: As I mentioned, I was using Canva as well. AI: From 0 to 10, how would you rate your likelihood of going back to using Piktochart? 0 being very unlikely, and 10 being very likely. User: Yeah.
