And I need to create a lot of the social media images. Pretty frequently. I was looking for, uh, a simple tool that makes it streamlined and faster. While still maintaining high quality. AI: Isti, when did you purchase Pictachart? Where were you at that time when you decided to go for it? User: Um, I think I was buying out the free version. And ran into some limitations. Which triggered me to AI: I see. How did you handle the payment for Pictachart? Was it a personal expense, or did your company cover it? User: Temporarily company expense. AI: Got it. Can you describe the specific problem or challenge you were trying to solve with Piktochart dot ai? Why was this important to you? User: Yeah. As I mentioned, I was trying to be able to create high volumes of high quality images for social media. AI: Why is maintaining high quality in these images particularly important for you and your startup? User: Yeah. Because they need to be kind of either engaging and create a hook so that people engage with it and then which generally then drives traffic and conversion. And also brand awareness. AI: That makes sense. What were you using before Pick 2 Chart? Can you share a bit about how you searched for the solution? User: Yeah. I think mainly, I was using Figma, and I used Canva before. And I think I was googling something with you know, AI social media image creator. And came across different AI: What other solutions did you try at that time besides pick chart, and how did they compare? User: As I mentioned, mainly, Canva Um, I think the AI features on TikTok chart meaning that stand out in the simplicity that AI: On a scale of 0 to 10, how would you rate your likelihood of continuing to use Piktochart. 0 being very unlikely, and 10 being very likely. Can you give a specific example of how they have helped you in your work? User: Yeah. I think um, sometimes and to create variations of similar types of images. User: I think some of the prompt examples could be improved. It's hard to come up with the prompts from scratch. So some templates, for example, would be helpful. I mean, it would make the process even a bit faster while still having Enough control over the output. AI: That makes sense.
