Map where behavior breaks:

Instead, trigger conversations at the moment of friction—when a user exits, hesitates, or fails to complete an action.
This is the difference between hearing “I think it was confusing” and “I didn’t trust this step because I didn’t understand where my data was going.”
Don’t group findings by themes. Group them by impact:

Root cause: Fear of making irreversible mistakes
Product decision: Add sandbox mode + preview before import
