Feedback that scores high on all three is where you should focus. Everything else is context—not direction.

On a B2C subscription product, survey data repeatedly flagged “pricing concerns” as the top issue. But when we analyzed churn interviews tied to actual cancellations, pricing was rarely the root cause. It was a proxy for perceived value. Customers didn’t feel the product fit into their routine. Lowering prices wouldn’t have fixed that—but improving habit formation did.
