And if your product has frequent logins, a single-page app architecture, or mobile-heavy usage, assume the first estimate is low until proven otherwise.

So yes, FullStory can be worth the spend. But only if you buy it with a session model in hand and a clear plan for getting from “what users did” to “why they did it.” Otherwise you’re paying premium prices for very expensive ambiguity.
