Mixpanel

Talk to Mixpanel users when the data changes

Mixpanel shows the page, the click, and the drop. It does not ask the person why. Usercall's SDK takes in the Mixpanel events you already track. You use one as a research trigger, and that user gets a short AI-moderated voice interview while the moment is still fresh.

The interview uses a Mixpanel event you already track.

How it works

Send the event. Pick the trigger. Read what they said.

You keep the Mixpanel tracking you already have.

1

Send Mixpanel events in

Usercall's SDK takes them in. Autocapture events and the custom events you already send both count.

2

Create the research trigger

Pick the event, choose who to ask, and set the limits. The invite goes to that user, in context.

3

Read the transcript and the analysis

The interview is a short AI-moderated voice conversation. The Mixpanel event stays attached to the answer.

Use the downgrade event you already send to Mixpanel. Ask what the larger plan was not doing.

$mp_web_page_view when current_url_path is the cancel URL. Ask why before they leave.
