Send the event in
The SDK takes in events from Mixpanel, PostHog, Amplitude, Google Analytics 4, Segment, Stripe, or Intercom. Or send any event by webhook or HTTP.

Integrations · Research triggers
Usercall's SDK takes in events from the tools you already use. When one of those events fires, a research trigger invites that customer to a short AI-moderated voice interview, in context, right when it matters. You get the transcript and the analysis.
A closed Intercom chat can use the Usercall app. Any other event can come in by webhook or HTTP.

Pick the event, choose who to ask, and set the limits. The invite goes to that customer, in context.
Event triggers open a short AI-moderated voice interview right when it matters. The transcript and the analysis come back with the event attached. The Intercom app asks after a closed chat.
