Segment

Talk to Segment users when an event fires

Segment carries the event to the rest of your stack. It does not ask why it happened. Usercall's SDK takes in Segment events. You use one as a research trigger, and that user gets a short AI-moderated voice interview right then.

The interview uses a Segment event you already send.

How it works

The event is already in Segment. Ask the person.

You keep the Segment source you already run.

1

Send Segment events in

Usercall's SDK takes them in. Track calls and page calls you already send both count.

2

Create the research trigger

Pick the moment: fewer logins, a trial ending, a stalled step, or a cancel visit. Choose who to ask, and set the limits.

3

Read the transcript and the analysis

The interview is a short AI-moderated voice conversation. The Segment event stays attached to the answer.

Cancel page visit

A page call on the cancel URL. Ask why before they finish.
