Send the event
A webhook or an HTTP request from your stack, with the event name and who it happened to.

You do not need one of the named tools. Send any event from your stack by webhook or HTTP. Usercall uses that event as a research trigger and invites that customer to a short AI-moderated voice interview, in context, right when it matters.
You name the event. Usercall does not guess it from a dashboard.
